Todays Network Marketing Tips may sound a bit difficult, but honestly it is not as hard as it may sound. Today I am going to give you some Examples Of Ways To Build Team Participation, and explain how this can benefit your business . A friend of ours from a Master Mind we were a part of, Jessica Nelson, is one of the top earners in her company, and she was kind enough to share with all of us about team culture and how she has grown by 1300% since developing out a system for her team culture. This is something hardly anyone talks about but is so powerful when you understand it. It is so important to come up with a structured, monthly way to praise those in your team doing the things you wish they would do. By developing a structured way of praising team members you increase Team Participation.
One of the keys is understanding what drives people to do something. Some people are driven by money, but more than that most people will do more just for being recognized for what they do. When creating contest for your team, remember you want to come up with something that everyone can participate and stand a chance at winning. The reason I say this, for example, say you have a contest where the person who recruits the most people this month will get a gift card. Well if you have one person on your team that is excellent at recruiting then you will have a majority of the team not participate because right off they feel like they can not possibly beat that person at recruiting. What you can do however, is have recognition awards, for recruiting one person, two , etc., you get what I am saying. It is important that you implement a contest that everyone can win.
Remember, you have a team and you have to meet people where they are in their business, and their growth. The prizes really do not have to monetary, as I said earlier, people will do a lot just for being recognized for their efforts at the end of a win. Regardless how big or how small the win is for that person, always remember your goal is to increase participation. As a leader you want to find what works best for your team, and encourage participation, remember if they are participating, they are moving forward in a positive direction.
