With this being the start of the 4th and final quarter of 2016 I hear from many network marketers that their business is not where they want it to be. I felt that now is a great time to give you tips on How To Reignite Your MLM Business Even When You Have Failed and end the year with massive momentum and on the road to success.
Maybe you have been in MLM/Network Marketing for a while but in your heart you know you have not been playing to the level that you want. You know that you are not really giving it the attention, activity and consistency that you know it deserves. You have your “WHY” but you still know you are not taking the actions needed to ever get there. Does this all sound familiar?
Do Not Worry, I have good news for you! It is not too late-you can still get back in the game and get started again and end 2016 in a big way.
I am not sure why you are here reading this, maybe you are trying to discover how to become successful in network marketing? Maybe you are simply looking for network marketing secrets? I am not really sure but what I can tell you is that the following six network marketing tips will definitely help you get back on tract to growing your business. The only requirement is that you must take action on them.
Those Awful Feelings Of Frustration
It is only natural to feel frustrated when you know that you are guilt of not playing to YOUR FULL Potential. You have big dreams and big plans for your network marketing business, but unfortunately you are not taking the actions needed to really grow your business. You more than likely are even feeling frustrated with yourself, you may even feel overwhelmed at the very thought of getting started and back on track.
It would not surprise me that after a period of inactivity, that you are even doubting your own ability that you can do it. You may even feel stuck and worry if you can actually succeed in network marketing or not.
What I can tell you is that the longer you continue staying inactive the longer it will be before you have success. Have you ever heard the old saying “Activity cures all ills”. To put this in a short version-once you get into action and begin creating the habits needed to succeed your overwhelm and frustration will go away. You will be back on the path to success. You will feel good about yourself. All of this will happen because you will know that you are doing what it takes to succeed and fulfill your dreams.
Now what exactly do you need to do to get back in the game after being out for a while? Here are some key tips that will help you get going again and end this year with a big bang.
How To Reignite Your MLM Business Even When You Have Failed
1.) Sponsor New People
As you get back into the game, that is not the time to go back to your team and make all kinds of promises about what you are going to do. This is the time to go out and take action by sponsoring new team members. Find new prospects, begin new conversations, follow up with old prospects, invite new people and begin bringing in new reps and customers. Make the decision that YOU will sponsor new people and when you do, they will appear. Make a new list. Set a goal of the number of people you are going to expose your business to daily. For part-time I suggest 3 to 5 for full-time 10 or more.
I heard a top earner at a company event share his story of starting over 5 different times in his business and making a new list, and each new list he (and the team) ended up adding over 20,000 new reps from each list he created. Now you may not see those results, but each one you add is moving you forward and your team will see you moving and will start moving as well.
2.) Sponsor Vs Recruiting
Make the decision now that as you bring on new reps that you are going to be the best sponsor that you can be verses simply recruiting new people. The biggest difference between recruiting and sponsoring is really what happens after someone joins your business. A recruiter simply recruits and then moves on to the next person they can find. A sponsor helps their new rep succeed. They help them get started and get in front of their network. A new recruit offers you the opportunity to get in front of a new network of people. Getting back in the network marketing game means you will have to expand your network. This is one of the best way to expand your network tremendously.

You must consistently prospect, invite and get eyes on your presentation. If you are serious about your dreams and you want to get in the game, you MUST show up and you must show up consistently. Set your goals for the number of presentations that you will do each day. If you have not been active, do not set crazy numbers like 10 presentations a day. Set realistic goals such as one presentation per day and make the decision that you will do this 5 days per week. You do not want However, you also want to push yourself and get into consistent action. Create habits of success.
Now I know that earlier I suggested 3-5 for part-time and 10 or more for full-time, by that I am referring to new connections. You will not want to put that much pressure on yourself for presentation just starting back after being inactive. The new connections will help you start to fill your funnel of prospects however. You are setting yourself up for success.
4.) Get An Accountability Partner
To be real with you, the fact that you are needing to get back in the game should prove to you that you need an accountability partner. Find someone who will hold you accountable to invite, prospect and show your presentation. You want someone that will call you out on any excuses. That is what you need when you are getting back in the game. Accountability partners are so fun when you are taking action. You will both be excited to share your results as well as feedback with each other. This can also help both of you get better.
5.) Be The Ace
A lot of people want to say they are looking for that one person who will be their Ace. If you will be the ACE, you will attract the ACE. Leaders attract leaders. Winners attract winners. If you want to find that person who will go out there and crush it, then you must be the person who will go out there and crush it. You need to be the ACE.
6.) Make A Decision To Win
If you have made the decision to get back in the game, you are getting back in to win!! You are wanting to end 2016 with momentum. So make the decision Now to WIN! If you are going to be a part of something, shouldn’t you decide to give it your best? Only you can make the decision that you are in it to win it. You decide what “winning” is for you. Make the decision to play at your highest and best. Don’t settle for second best. Once you make the decision it will be what will help you with all of the above.
