Leadership Tips For Network Marketers
Today I am going to provide you with Leadership Tips For Network Marketers that will assist you in developing and understanding leadership skills. Whether you are brand new, or are a seasoned veteran in network marketing/mlm you want to always be working on or improving your leadership skills.
Please feel free to share these tips with other network marketers to help them develop or improve their leadership skills.
The first 6 Leadership tips I am going to share with you are actually questions you should be asking yourself daily and to be quite honest they come from Inc.com
So to improve your Leadership Skills, make it a habit to ask yourself these 6 questions every day.
1.) Did I work toward my goals today?
2.) What bad habits do I need to stop?
3.) What motivated me today?
4.) Have I been the kind of person I want to be?
5.) What mistakes did I make today, and what can I learn from them?
6.) What am I grateful for today?
I really believe these are powerful, what is your opinion? Leadership is developing the ability to constantly adjust and adapt to what is happening around you but with your eyes on YOUR GOALS.

7.) “Unfortunately, much of what I see today isn’t about fulfilling one’s true potential as much as it is about appearing to fulfill what other people expect.”

14.) Take someone in training along with you on mundane tasks (this is a GREAT leadership tip for all network marketers)
15.) Let people in on your vision. Do you know who builds HUGE teams in network marketing? The ones that have and share their vision. What mission are you playing for? What is driving you to spread the word? If your team has a road map (vision) of where they are going it makes it easier and quicker to reach that destination.

16.) Lead by example. Don’t expect your teammates to pull their weight if you aren’t.
17.) Be humble. If you stay the path you WILL build an empire and riches, remember where you came from and who helped you get there.
18.) Find Mentors. Sometimes mentors are inside your company, sometimes they aren’t. The best decision my husband and I ever made was when we hired a coach and we continue to invest in ourselves so that we can improve our skills.
19.) Be emotionally aware. While many people advise keeping emotions separate from matters of business, business is ultimately about relationships between people. To make these relationships last, you need to be emotionally intelligent — to be sensitive to different points of view and different backgrounds. When using your head to do what’s best for your company, don’t forget to have a heart.
