Easy Tips For Increasing Your Recruiting Success Results In MLM
Today I want to give you some easy tips for recruiting in MLM to increase your success in recruiting more reps into your business. I don’t know about you but personally I hate a pushy sales person. I dislike them so bad, for example, if I want to buy a new car for, I go to car lots and look when they are closed. Now I want you to think about what I just said, because honestly, most people I know, feel the same way.
So what does that have to do with your business and recruiting. It has a lot to do with it. If you are the pushy sales person, this needs to stop immediately. You want to talk to people, and find out their needs. It is not about what you want when you are prospecting, it is how can you serve that person. People love to buy, but the last thing anyone wants is to be sold. When you think that even maybe, you are being pushy, step back and think how you would feel, if the same pressure was being put on you.
I am not saying that by being pushy, that you won’t have some success, but what I do know, is you will lose a lot more sales, the ones you do make often have buyers remorse, you will develop a reputation of being a pushy sales person, and people will start avoiding you.
When you are the pushy sales person, your goal is centered around what you want, what you need, the result you want. You are not even thinking of the person you are speaking to what their needs, or wants are.
Now you are probably saying, I thought you were going to give me Easy Tips For Increasing Your Recruiting Success Results In MLM. That is exactly what I am going to do. I wanted you first to understand what can sabatoge your results, so you will better understand how to get better recruiting results.
What you want to do is be what we call pully, opposed to pushy. Being pully is learning to ask questions. If you will learn to ask questions of your prospects, you can undercover, what their desires, wants and needs are. Once you do that, then you can determine if what you have to offer is a fit for them. I am going to give you an example of exactly what I am referring to here.
Example Of A Recruiting Conversation:
Me: Would you be open to a side project if it did not interfere with what you are currently doing?
Me: Just curious, can I ask you why you would be open?
Prospect: I need to make some extra money.
Me: Cool, just curious, , is it absolutely necessary that you make some extra money, or are you just wanting to make some extra money?
Prospect: No I absolutely must make some extra money.
Me: Just curious, do you have any other options open to you to make that extra money?
Prospect: No not really.
Now that is just a example, of asking questions, so that you can close, but in reality, the person is closing the deal for themself. See I was finding out what their needs were, never what my needs are. I think if you learn to be a good listener, and get good at asking questions, you will be amazed at the results you will get.
